The Omakase Counter

Ten seats. One chef. A conversation between craft and season.

Each evening, Executive Chef JM Canlas presents a multi-course omakase guided by shun — the precise moment when an ingredient reaches its peak. There is no printed menu. The ocean, the market, and the moment dictate what arrives. Every seat is at the counter. Every course is served directly by the chef.

The Lounge

Sake. Small plates. Conversation.

Beyond the counter, MINŌ's lounge offers a more relaxed way in — premium small plates, sake, Japanese whisky, and handcrafted cocktails in an intimate setting designed for conversation. No omakase commitment required.

Menu evolves seasonally.

The Listening Bar + Sake Program

Sound. Sake. Stillness

MINŌ is also a listening bar — a concept born in Tokyo's backstreets where the sound system is treated with the same reverence as the menu. Curated playlists spanning Japanese jazz to ambient, and acoustic treatments designed so every note lands as intended.

Our sake program is led by David Kessler, who spent more than a decade living and working in Tokyo building relationships with small breweries across Japan. The result is one of South Florida's most comprehensive sake collections — featuring limited-production and seasonal bottles you won't find anywhere else.
